DESIVENT MONITORING MOISTURE

For very simple applications a moisture indicator card will give a quick indication of the humidity of a package.

For longer term applications the Desivent DV400 Damp & Mould Alert can be used. This instrument gives the long term humidity condition of the storage area, rather than an instant "snap shot" of relative humidity which can vary enormously.

For instant snap shots a battery operated LCD hygrometer should be used.

If for test purposes, constant readings are required then a data logger which records temperature and humidity should be used.
